If you’re feeling, depleted, stressed, or overwhelmed, check if you are COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS…
When this occurs it means you are judging yourself. This means that much of your vital life force/energy flies out the window, wasted, towards the other person, or situation… instead of using that energy for your own Joy and Happiness!
How to Stop Comparing yourself to others:
Recognize you are comparing yourself -hair, career, relationship, home, car, happiness, fitness, figure, income, abilities etc.
Rediscover what makes YOU happy – and DO THAT
… this will nurture feelings of happiness and distract you from the urge to compare… You will be filled with happiness from the inside rather than waiting to be accepted by others from the outside of you . Do what makes YOU happy NOT what you think will impress others.
Learn to accept your differences – celebrate your abilities what ever they may be.
Comparing ourselves with someone else is an inaccurate and irrelevant measuring stick.
Stop the ENERGY that’s leeched out by comparing yourself with others and place that ENERGY into something YOU LOVE TO DO or use it to transform aspects of your life that will enhance the way you LIVE. LIFE is for LIVING not COMPARING! TRY IT!
