My heart sang to be immersed in the energy of Uluru, it was truly a privelege to walk, breathe and absorb the energy of a presence that has been connected to our earth for thousands of years. Untouched, unpolluted by the “civilising” nations. At one point, I took off my shoes and socks and absorbed the red dirt into my feet, with my meridians opened I could feel deep into the earth and feel the energy absorb up into my feet, energy meridians and body… even as I close my eyes now I can still feel the energy present with me. I look forward to sharing the experience with some of you in the future.

We had the bestest time. There was an elevated energy that could not be duplicated… intoxicating, we were blessed with some truly fun, exciting and “once in a lifetime” sacred experiences and were blessed to experience the incredible wonder that is a sunrise and sunset at Uluru.
I cried as we flew in to Uluru (Ayers Rock region) last weekend with my family… I felt my chest & heart expanding HUGELY with the Amazing energy!
The World Heritage site of Uluru also known as Ayers Rock is one of the world’s most mysterious religious sites, eclipsing even Stonehenge and far more ancient.
The rock is sacred to the Anangu, with its surrounding scrublands believed to be the home of the tribe’s ancestors. Uluru means ‘Earth Mother’, and the vast 8.6 square kilometre rock is believed to hold a powerful energy source and marks the place where dreamtime began.The massive sandstone monolith rears above the surrounding Australian outback scrublands, extending even further below ground. A sacred place for the region’s indigenous Aboriginal tribe since time immemorial
Sunrise at Uluru sees the terracotta-coloured surface bathed in flaming red and, at sunset, Uluru glows with blue and purple hues.
Uluru is set in Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, some five hours’ drive from Alice Springs, with the rock domes of Kata Tjuta also found in the park, also sacred to the Anangu. The desolate landscape has been inhabited for at least 10,000 years, and the summer heat can
reach unbearable heights, forcing the closure of the area to visitors. In contrast, temperatures during the summer nights can plummet to -10°C.
It’s an experience which will stay with you for the rest of your life, and photography is permitted at most locations around the monolith. The most spectacular moment is a sunset at Uluru, when the vast monolith slowly changes colour through moody blue to mysterious purple.
